About the role:
We have a proven B2C product-market fit and are experiencing rapid growth. We expect similar traction in the B2B Market so we are launching our offering in South East Asia and looking for a sales builder to help take it from 0 to 1.

As Head of B2B Sales, you’re responsible for building and leading the team that acquires new business customers.
What you will do:
  • Recruit, lead, and develop the team: recruit an outstanding B2B Sales team to acquire new business customers for Refocus. Lead and develop your team members to maximize team performance;
  • Define the initial B2B go-to-market strategy. To make it happen:
  • Conduct competitor analysis;
  • Evaluate customer segments and determine priority for testing our offering;
  • Design and build our sales funnel/lifecycle across multiple channels;
  • Develop sales scripts and define the sales steps based on the target market needs;
  • Source and sell to our first business partners. You’ll move from strategy to execution and forming of the database of customers.
What we expect from you:
  • 5+ years of relevant B2B/partnership sales experience, including 3+ years management proven track record. Business development profiles will also be considered;
  • Proven experience of creating and launching B2B sales from scratch, and consequent scaling a sales team: You’re a self starter. You can go from an idea, to a first meeting, to a successful sale in rapid time;
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa;
  • Entrepreneurial customer focused mindset;
  • Desire to work in a startup environment and help build something unique.
