We are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join the Refocus team. Your primary goal is to control business processes, keep management records, plan and optimize financial activities.
What you will do:
- Daily monitoring of the suppliers contracts, reconciling them with the budget and Cash Flow, monitoring of the signing process and storage;
- Daily monitoring of the new employees contracts, reconciling them with the recruitment plan and cash flow;
- Management of the finance contracts for internal purposes;
- Weekly reconciliation of the bank statements for all the countries, incomes, weekly communication with the Cyprus auditors and gathering of the supporting documents for them;
- Month-end procedures: management reporting (PL, CF) preparation (together with Finance Manager); plan-fact analysis; reconciliation with local books, reporting for external users. We use IFRS standards for management reporting;
- Monthly product PL forecast update;
- Quarterly budget update procedures;
- Annual budget preparation (gathering of the information from the budget holders, coordination of the process, preparation of PL and CF budget, analysis together with Finance Manager);
- Communication with other depts: legal, accounting, product, marketing, sales, HR, design, etc.;
- Communication with finance&legal in Cyprus and Asia;
- Adhoc tasks: participation in the audits, M&A, new processes implementation, KPI and other finance metrics calculations and other.
What we expect from you:
- Upper-intermediate (B2-level) professional english;
- Accounting systems – 1C 8;
- Excel / Google Spreadsheets advanced user;
- Communication skills;
- Analytical skills;
- An ability to work with large amount of documents and data;
- Work experience over 2 years.
