What you will do:
  • Communicate with our students and support them through their job-search process
  • Be responsible for the organization of online live sessions and 1:1 career consultations
  • Troubleshooting
  • Be responsible for managing career coaches
  • Collect feedback from students and career coaches, analyze and work with the career center lead on improvements
  • Build all necessary processes and guidelines together with the career center lead
What you will need:
  • Experience in the career center would be an advantage
  • You love communication with people
  • You enjoy helping people and providing the best service to them
  • 3+ years of experience working as community/customer success/customer support manager
  • You know how to measure your work in terms of metrics
  • English B2 and above
