About the role:
Refocus is looking for a Middle Content Developer!
We are looking for educators who are brave enough to work in a global environment and create new courses for people of South East Asia.
We are looking for educators who are brave enough to work in a global environment and create new courses for people of South East Asia.
What you will do:
- Check a lot of videos from the Editing team;
- Communicate with speakers from the Expert search team;
- Make up slides and write texts in English;
- Develop presentations (both design and content);
- Сollect interactive courses in editors (for example, in Articulate Storyline).
What we expect from you:
- You have an entrepreneur's mindset. You are not afraid of mistakes, you are able to work in conditions of high uncertainty, overcome obstacles, make difficult decisions without complete information;
- You have had to achieve outstanding results at work, at university, at Olympiads, case championships, in volunteer activities, sports;
- Are not afraid of numbers — analytical mindset;
- You have fluent English (most likely advanced);
- Hard skills. For example, layout and design (you work in Figma), texts and editing (you write in an infostyle), elearning development (you work in Articulate Storyline and Rise);
- You want to learn a lot and are ready to invest a lot in your development.
