What you will do:
- Be responsible for positions portfolio: 5-7 position per month open globally in Marketing/Product/Content/Design/Analytics field
- Provide a great candidates experience through effective communication and consistent follow through
- Own full-cycle recruitment which includes sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
- Conduct HR interviews to assess both hard skills as well as soft skills to be successful in a startup environment
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing methods
- Engage and partner with the hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
What you will need :
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally at a startup or high-growth technology company
- Experience in global field
- Passion in hunting top experts in no-coding digital spheres: marketing/product/content/design/sales
- Proficiency in English
