What you will do
  • Recruit, manage and lead a dynamic team that responds to and successfully fulfills the growth plans
  • Manage the day-to-day activities/progress of the team and motivate the team to achieve their established goals
  • Constantly evaluate the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans/strategies
  • Independently conduct searches for a number of high-level positions;
  • Implement executive search approach with mapping, long lists and hunting;
  • Conduct regular research in assigned markets to stay informed of market trends, relevant news impacting hiring, anticipated changes in the market, competitors analysis
  • Create an external talent pool for key positions;
  • Be involved in onboarding and automation projects;
What you will need
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, ideally at a startup or high-growth technology company
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a recruitment environment
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the recruiting processes for core recruiting
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong work ethic with proven ability to work and succeed under pressure
  • Results-driven with the ability to adapt strategies in order to attain hiring goals
  • Internal and external customer orientation
  • Creativity and innovation; always looking to improve on unique hiring strategies
  • Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies
