- Develop scalable and mature recruitment team which will help our business to keep high growth rate
- Build from scratch HRBP team and strategy both for local teams in the Philippines and Indonesia and global remote team
- Drive employee-focused and caring HR operations
- Be an ambassador of Refocus culture and values to acquire and retain top talents
