About the role:
We are expanding and adding Lead Accountant to join our Finance team. As a part of this role you will be responsible for all accounting processes connected with Indonesia!
What you will do:
- Preparation of all tax and payroll reports, mandatory financial statements and other mandatory reporting and their submission to government bodies.
- Relations with the company's bank: preparation of the payment drafts, the opening of the necessary bank products.
- Preparation of month-end reports for the company's HQ team, one-off reports and reconciliations.
- Consulting of HQ finance team on the local accounting standards and tax issues in different business cases.
What we expect from you:
- Has bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Is able to do business in English (min C1).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Accountant / Head of Accounting.
- Has an experience in setting up the accounting procedures in the starting business and working as a single accountant.
- Has an analytic mind, communication skills and proactive "startup" mindset.
- Knows everything about all the local taxes, tax and payroll reporting, mandatory financial reporting, other reporting to all the government bodies.
- Experienced in preparation of the PL and BS with the detailing for the foreign shareholders.
