About the role:
The Content Funnels Head will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies to drive leads and conversions through the company's webinars funnel. This role will require strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the buyer's journey, and a keen eye for creating an engaging and effective content that resonates with target audiences.
What you will do:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the webinar funnel that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and targets.
  • Conduct research on target audiences to understand their pain points, motivations, and behaviors, and use this information to inform content development.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify gaps in the funnel and create content that addresses these gaps.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging content that enhances the overall user experience.
  • Manage the production of all webinar funnel content, including landing pages, email sequences, social media assets, and webinar presentations.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of the webinar funnel, including metrics such as conversion rates, engagement rates, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and make recommendations for how to integrate these into the webinar funnel strategy.
What you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Experience with webinar marketing and/or sales funnel management is strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading a team of professionals
  • You have worked with Google Analytics, GTM, and amoCRM (or alternative tools)
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to write engaging and effective copy
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven
