About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead. Someone who knows the best way of generating leads and creating a team of professionals, shows a high performance and wants to achieve incredible results in this area.
What you will do:
  • Together with the team launch and control Facebook Ads campaigns in Southern-East Asia (+Tik-Tok ads);
  • Prepare reports regarding advertising campaigns (up to sales);
  • Generate hypotheses regarding optimization and scaling;
  • Lead and develop a team of targeted advertising specialists;
  • Achieve planned results.
What we expect from you:
  • You have experience working as performance manager at least for 3 years (in-house);
  • You have experience working as a team leader in performance at least for 1 year;
  • You worked with international traffic and campaigns;
  • You know how to work with analytics and statistics;
  • You worked with B2C products;
  • You easily work with Facebook Ads (knowledge of Google Ads would be great as well);
  • You love communicating as much as you love analytics and numbers;
  • English - B2 or above.
