About the role:
We are expanding and adding Moderator to join our marketing team. As a part of this role you will be responsible for communication with customers in all funnels! The ideal candidate is passionate about the marketing and optimizing communications in order to maintain a high quality.
What you will do:
- Moderate chats and answer questions from participants in all funnels: live webinars, auto-webinars, chat bots, marathons etc.;
- Respond to questions in a clear, concise, and engaging voice;
- Resolve any issues that arise, whether relating to questions about the product, technical issues, or customer support;
- Make suggestions for improving sales scripts;
- Develop new mechanics for handling customers’ objections;
- Interface with the customers and the marketing team on messaging, content and a variety of other needs.
What you will need:
- In-depth understanding of the basic principles of marketing and sales;
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and Bahasa native;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills;
- Attention to details and conflict management skills;
- Eagerness to develop in marketing;
- Experience in customer service or online events moderation will be an unquestionable advantage.
