What you will do:
  • Build an effective quality control department, test hypotheses
  • Fully responsible for hiring and managing a team of 10-15 quality control specialists (all planning meetings, 1-on-1 etc.)
  • Monitor the implementation of your team's plan (assessment of approx. 500-1000 calls a month)
  • Develop a new effective system of call quality assessment
What you will need:
  • English C1 and above
  • Experience in English-language sales
  • amoCRM knowledge as a plus
  • Experience in QC (Sales) for at least 3 years
  • Google Docs
  • Experience in managing a QC team
