What you are going to do:
- Identify and implement a company learning system (University) from scratch for the Sales department. To make it happen:
- Conduct internal audit and consulting;
- Lead and develop a team of trainers;
- Work in close collaboration with commercial and content departments;
- Develop and implement programs based on business needs;
- Create and develop a talent assessment system;
- Create and develop internal digital learning spaces;
- Act as an innovative thought leader in all aspects of learning and development and be creative and proactive.
