Tasks
  • Listen to and evaluate calls (about 20-30 calls per day)
  • Daily reports
  • Work with CRM
  • Achieve monthly KPI
  • Assistance in solving difficult customer situations
Required skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • English and Tagalog proficiency
  • Experience in B2C sales, telemarketing and services more than 1 year
  • Experience in assessing calls more the 1 year
  • Strong soft skills, communication and negotiation skills, attentiveness to details
  • CRM knowledge
  • Google docs, Google spreadsheets
