Senior Project Manager
What you are going to do:
- Act as a project leader and lead key company initiatives;
- Manage cross-functional teams (internal & external);
- Work with different business leads within Refocus (sales, marketing, product);
- Keep track of projects in relevant tools;
- Control timings and deadlines;
- Provide business leads with up-to-date statuses;
- Unblock major roadblocks and remove bottlenecks;
A couple of typical tasks you will lead for better understanding the role:
- Leading cross-functional project of creating an internal academy for the sales department (involves the commercial and content departments)
- Leading cross-functional project of launching a new Refocus hub in a new country (involves legal and HR departments)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management;
- Proven experience of leading cross-functional projects;
- Understanding of key task-tracking tools and methodologies;
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset;
- English level B2/C1
