About the role:
We are expanding and adding Senior Lawyer to join our Legal team. As a part of this role you will be responsible for correctness of international contracts and use of corporate law!
What you will do:
- Work with international contracts (cross-border contracts, different types);
- Legal package of corporate financing;
- General understanding of international taxes;
- Working with Cyprus corporate law;
- Formalize the process of negotiating contracts;
- Make sure that the register of contracts is up to date;
- Preparation of contracts, NDA and financial agreements;
- Work with four legal entities of the company - Cyprus, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore;
- Assistance in the implementation of ideas.
What we expect from you:
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written);
- Proficiency in Russian (both spoken and written);
- Working experience with Cyprus law;
- Understanding of international taxes and corporate finance;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills;
- Attention to details and conflict management skills;
- Experience with intellectual property law, data protection or information security preferred;
- Working experience in digital companies preferred.
